Pure are currently recruiting for a fantastic job opportunity working for a technology based near central Cambridge. The role is a full time, permanent position which offers hybrid from home and in office working.
The role will be working closely with the HR officer, the focus of this new role will be to provide day to day generalist support to the HR team and will be expected to support across the entire HR team, currently 5 people. This role will help deliver the teams core objectives of providing a high-class HR service.

Job Responsibilities
  • Draft offer emails and paperwork for new joiners
  • Coordinate new employee joining arrangements, including corresponding with new joiners, and answering any queries, sending new joiner emails to the company, setting up review documents on google docs
  • Send out reference requests and other pre recruitment checks as required
  • Conduct right to work checks, in compliance with government guidelines
  • Lead the HR meetings as part of the induction, including HR welcome, HR catchups, benefits meetings etc
  • Drafting letter reflecting variations to contract, including nut not limited to salary changes, flexible working
  • Responsible for managing leaver administration, including but not limited to, sending out leaver checklist, leaver email and notifying benefit providers of leaver details
  • Payroll administration
Skills required
  • Ideally previous experience of working in an administrative role in an office environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Previous experience of working as an HR Administrator
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work using own initiative
  • Strong team player
  • Studying towards or completed CIPD level 3
