Salary£24000 - £26000 per annum
We are excited to be supporting a fantastic leading charity in the search for an HR & Recruitment Specialist in the Norwich area. 

This is a newly created role and offers a great opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their recruitment and resourcing skills as well as supporting with general HR administration. The organisation are going through a transformation of processes and systems, so you’ll be instrumental in developing the structure and service of the Recruitment & HR team.
 You will have the ability to hybrid work (working from the office 1-2 days a week)

The role: 
  • candidate engagement ensuring it is positive recruitment process
  • Working closely with managers across the charity supporting with all vacancies
  • Arranging interviews and providing feedback to applicants
  • pre-employment screening ensuring the HRIS is up to date
  • Adding new starters to the HRIS in preparation for the onboarding process
  • Liaising with agencies where appropriate
  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure successful candidates are processed effectively and the onboarding process is smooth and efficient
  • Attend regular HR team meetings to provide insight, updates and progress reports

Personal skills and qualifications:
  • The successful applicant will have a previous recruitment / HR experience with good communication and listening skills.
  • A positive approach, well organised and keen to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • CIPD Level 3 would be advantageous
