Salary£28000 - £35000 per annum
A brilliant new role has arisen for an innovative and entrepreneurial business working with a great Head of HR who is happy to share her knowledge and experience and coach and develop the right candidate. 

The role will be split between recruitment and more generalist HR across the whole employee lifecycle.  Due to growth and new markets the business has recruited for around 40 people this year and is forecasting the same again next year.

This is an organisation that prides itself on communication, employee retention and development and repeat business from its customers.

They have a positive culture, where creativity is encouraged, the role can be worked on a hybrid basis but will need to be office based in Romford on average 2 days a week.

The key responsibilities will include;
  • Implementing and leading on targeted recruitment campaigns to attract and retain the best possible candidates to the organisation
  • Maximising key candidate attraction tools such as; Linked in, job boards, Glassdoor, Work for us Pages
  • Screen and interview candidates for capability and cultural fit for the business
  • Take ownership for all administrative elements of the employee lifecycle from; offer letter, through to induction, onboarding and probation
  • Provide HR Advice to employees and Management; including absence management, occupational health referrals and many other company policies
  • Provide HR data and reporting monthly
  • Work on various employee engagement initiatives
  • Work with the Head of HR on any HR projects
Skills and experience required for the role;
  • A passion for recruitment
  • Strong experience of recruiting in a competitive marketplace
  • Strong social media and digital marketing skills
  • Ideally some exposure to working in an HR team or role
  • A proactive and solutions orientated approach
