Key Responsibilities 
Advise Managers on queries surrounding company policies and procedures
Produce reports on employee data including absence reports and deliver figures to Managers
Take responsibility for Employee Relation issues, working with HR Manager if necessary
Take a lead with recruitment, advertise roles, CV screening and organising interviews 
Complete employee life-cycle administration including offer letters, contract changes and leaver documents 
Be a key person to drive the company welfare and employee engagement policies 

Key Skills 
CIPD Level 3 or 5 is essential (or equivalent)
Experience of working as a HR Advisor 
Up to date knowledge of Employment Law 
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Sound IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
