Our client is based on the Norfolk / Suffolk border and are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their business in a newly created role.
Reporting to the HR Manager and working as part of a busy, multi sited team, this role will play a key part in the delivery of an HR service to the organisation. 

The role
  • Provide HR guidance, support and coaching to Managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle, from attraction and recruitment through to development as well as exit
  • Supporting Managers with range of HR topics, including employee relations, employee engagement and managing performance
  • Reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets 
  • Play a key part in driving the people initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communication
  • Support the HR team in attracting, engaging and progressessing the best people to support their businesses

Candidates will have proven experience as an HR generalist within a fast-paced environment and enjoy partnering closely with the business to add commercial value. Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified, you will be confident in your decision making and strong interpersonal skills. You will be a driven individual and a positive team player.

The role will be based between 2 sites with occasional travel to other sites in the Norfolk areas, therefore a valid driving licence is essential.
