We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor for an organisation on the outskirts of Norwich. As a member of the HR team you will be the first point of contact to provide advice and guidance and supporting the operational elements of the employee life cycle. This is an excellent role for an HR Assistant or Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career.

  Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries 
  • Working closely with managers to review probation and performance management 
  • Support ER cases, providing proactive advice to Line Managers as well as note taking during meetings 
  • Coordinate recruitment across the organisation
  • Undertake ad hoc HR project work as required
  Who are you?
  • An experienced HR Assistant who is familiar with working in a HR environment and providing first line generalist HR advice
  • Good IT skills and confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience of producing reports and data analysis.
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualified or studying towards CIPD Level 5
  • Ability to adapt, plan and prioritise workload in order to achieve objectives to agreed deadlines.
  • Confident and comfortable in learning, understanding and developing various HR systems.
