What are the key responsibilities? 
  • Support the HR Manager in working towards HR objectives 
  • First point of contact for Line Managers and colleagues with questions around policies and procedures  
  • Recruitment - support the end to end process in the recruitment of new employees 
  • Employee life-cycle administration - starter letters, contract changes and leaver documents 
  • Update and maintain HR systems 
  • Collate payroll data for external processing 
  • Assist with the management of company benefit and pension schemes 

What experience and skills do I need?
  • Experience of working within a generalist HR role is essential 
  • Ability to work under own initiative 
  • Experience of collating data for payroll is desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A supportive and motivated approach to work
