Salary£34000 - £36000 per annum
A newly created role has arisen within a market leading modern commercial business with their head office based in Brentwood.  The role is for an experienced HR Advisor to provide customer focused HR advice and support to employees and the line manager community.
The organisation aims to attract the best people to join their team and can be flexible in terms of hybrid working and working hours, but it is ideally a full time role.  They also offer a strong benefits package and generous holiday allowance and pension contributions.
Main duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Acting as first point of contact for all employee relations queries including; performance and absence
  • Providing advice and support on any HR issues
  • Provide support throughout all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Coach and develop managers across the organisation
  • Provide support with restructuring and change management including TUPE
  • Lead and support on HR projects
Key skills, experience and qualifications required;
  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role in a commercial business
  • An update to knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience of working across a multi-site business would be an advantage
  • CIPD Level 5 ideally
  • Strong communication skills
  • Passionate about HR
