Pure are currently recruiting for an exciting job opportunity working as an HR Advisor for a very well-known private school in Cambridge. This position is initially a 6 -month FTC role which requires someone who can work full time or part time hours 30 hours per week.
Job Summary
To provide comprehensive HR advice and guidance in a timely, efficient, and professional manner in line with current legislation, good practice, organisation policies and procedures to the Head Bursar, head of Juniors, the senior leadership team, line managers and teaching and non-teaching staff.
Collaborate with other colleagues on performance managements, ER, training and development and policy development to ensure the school retains their expertise and supports staff effectively

- Employee relations
- Performance management
- Staff conduct
- Absence and health issues
- Maternity/ paternity/adoption/shared parental leave/ flexible working
- Organisational change
- Safer recruiter
- HR project work as an when required
Skills required
- Proven experience working as an HR generalist
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation/ employment trends
- Competent IT user of word, excel and databases
- Strong people skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
