As a confident HR Advisor, you will provide first line support and guidance to managers and employees in line with company policies and procedures as well as taking the lead in supporting managers across the organisation with recruitment, Employee Relations, wellbeing, and attendance.This is a busy generalist role dealing with new starter onboarding, first day inductions and administration, management of all HR matters such as sickness, disciplinaries and performance reviews.
Ideally CIPD Level 5 Qualified, applicants will be comfortable working in a busy environment, have an agile approach and be able to work across all levels of the organisation.
Part-time or Full-Time considered - Monday to Friday, however flexibility on the working day to accommodate the attendance of HR related meetings is essential.
