We are currently recruiting a HR Administrator for a organisation based in Bury St Edmunds. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working on a Full Time basis, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will be administering HR documentation for new starters, leavers alongside changes in contracts for current employees. In addition to this, the role will document changes in salaries, benefits and rewards. This is a excellent opportunity to join a company that can offer training, progression and free on-site parking. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Producing letters and documentation for new starters, leavers alongside changes to working contracts, including salary and benefit changes
  • Updating internal systems to reflect changes 
  • Salary and bonus review administration 
  • Answering incoming enquiries via telephone and email
  • Working on ad-hoc projects as required 
Key Skills
  • 5 GCSE's grades A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English 
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or to be working towards is desirable 
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and database knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Hardworking with the ability to deal with multiple priorities at any one time
