We are delighted to be assisting one of our valued clients to recruit a HR Administrator on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The company are thriving and need some additional support through this busy period. The successful candidate will have strong HR administration experience and be available to start this role as soon as possible. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Assisting with employee life-cycle administration including issuing offer letters and contracts 
  • Overseeing a new starters induction, ensuring everything is ready for their start date and welcoming them on their first day
  • Dealing with the recruitment of new staff, processing CV's, arranging interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies 
  • Organise upcoming company events 
  • Updating personnel files on HR databases 

Key Skills
  • Strong Administration skills and experience of working within a HR team
  • Excellent IT skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office packages and database systems 
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality with all HR matters
  • Friendly and approachable personality 
  • Organised with the ability to deal with multiple tasks
