We are currently looking for an Administrator that is eager to get their foot into the HR world for a 3 month period to assist with projects and day to day work.
You do not need any HR experience but you must have previous administrate experience.
- Imputing data
- Updating there HRIS where appropriate
- Liaising with line managers re probations extensions etc
- Liaising with payroll (re bank details imputing)
- Data cleansing
- General admin tasks - supporting the HR Assistance team
- Hybrid working after the first month dependant on candidates’ knowledge etc (3 days in office 2 wfh)
- 40hrs per week 8.30-5.30 with 1hr lunchbreak
