Salary£20000 - £25000 per annum
Pure are currently working with a fantastic client who are recruiting for an HR Administrator role on a full-time permanent basis, office based in North Cambridge, however they do offer hybrid working.

Main Purpose
The focus of this role is to support delivery of the HR function for temporary staff and administer HR elements of the company’s vehicles, ensuring HR processes accord with the best practice, HR legislation as well as the company’s policies and business needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Recruitment – placing adverts, arranging interviews, preparing and issuing contracts for fixed term but also permanent staff, conducting and arranging inductions for new starters, monitoring / interviewing probationers
  • HR duties relating to employees:
  • New starter checks
  • Recall and Annual check on non-UK Licenses
  • Manage monthly reports on the TMS systems, HR annual checks, management of penalty reports, updating employee information on HR systems, Risk summary reports, licence expiry details, monthly MOT and insurance certificates
  • Act as first point of contact in HR manager absence
  • HR / payroll administration
  • Learning and development administration
  • As well as other HR generalist administrative duties

  • Be proactive and self-motivated
  • Strong IT skills
