Pure are currently recruiting for an exciting job opportunity working as HR Administrator working initially for a 6 month FTC for a leading technology business located in North Cambridge. This opportunity is a full time role, which offer the flexibility of hybrid working.  

Job Role 
This will be a varied role with lots of responsibility. You will be part of the HR department acting as a first point of contact for HR related queries from employees and external partners within the business.  

Job Responsibilities  
  • Creation of HR documents including employment contracts, letters relating to employment changes etc 
  • Responsible for the onboarding process for the tech scholars and interns. Including setting up onboarding checks, requesting references and holding settling in meetings  
  • Carrying out right to work document checks for all new starters  
  • Responsible for putting together new starter packs  
  • Responsibility for ensuring all data in the HR database is up to date and accurate  
  • Administering the leaver process including conducting and recording exit interviews  
  • Organising and maintaining HR files, both hard copy and electronic  
  • Supporting the team with general HR admin  
  • Answering HR queries from the business  
  • Sickness and absence tracking  
  • Assist with the maternity and paternity process  
Skills required  
  • Desirable to have worked within an HR Administration role previously  
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal, accuracy and keen eye for detail  
  • Strong administration skills  
  • Confident in establishing relationships with many varied internal and external stakeholders with whom the HR administrator is to work daily  
  • Ideally be in the office 2-3 times per week  
  • Working towards or already have CIPD level 3 or 5
