What is the role?
- Review logged calls and triage appropriately.
- Remotely resolve customer issues and escalate internally if a field engineer needs to be deployed.
- Gather and log information concisely and accurately
- Manage customer expectations through clear and consistent communication
- Provide out of hours cover on a rota’s basis
What do you need?
- Previous experience within a helpdesk/technical support environment or a relevant recognized qualification in an IT related subject matter.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of IT systems/portals and have a naturally inquisitive technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate verbally and in writing with confidence and clarify.
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
