Salary£60000 - £70000 per annum
A newly created role has arisen working for a rapidly growing professional services provider, the purpose of the role is to have overall responsibility for leading and developing the HR Advisory team, ensuring that the team deliver a professional commercially focused HR service for their client base.  This is an organisation that are market leaders in their field and have a strong appetite for growth and development into new markets.  This role offers the opportunity to really take ownership for the HR Advisory service and ensure it is 'best in class.'  The role can be worked remotely but there will be the need for some travel to sites across Essex.  

Key duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Design an approach to strategic HR advice for the key markets that harnesses client’s culture, diversity & inclusion, wellbeing, learning & development, rewards, performance management, talent management, resourcing and long term ambitions.
  • Design and implement internal performance management practices that bring the very best out of the team and support the business need.
  • Challenge practices and processes and continuously improve the service to ensure maximum added value.
  • Be the escalation for the most complex internal HR issues and advisor for the most challenging high profile client cases.
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and ensure that internal teams are able to competently and consistently deliver the vision.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered within agreed KPI’s and Service Level Agreements.
  • Lead on key change initiatives to enhance and improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to interpret client data and utilise the data to drier growth and aid in the planning and forecasting of resource requirements.
Skills, experience and qualifications required;
  • CIPD Qualified
  • Proven leadership experience, managing large teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication skills, competent and capable to present and influence at all levels
  • Experience of project / change management would be an advantage
  • Able to navigate and advise on complex customer requests or projects involving multiple parties and systems.
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
