The role will report to the Operations Director, whilst managing a small HR team.
The role?
You will lead the HR team to deliver a high quality HR service to the organisation whilst partnering with the executive board to provide advice and guidance. In conjunction with the Operations Director, you will develop the HR strategy aligned to the current and future business needs.  Employee engagement and well-being initiatives are key for the organisation and you will take the lead on embedding these initiatives.
About you?
You could be operating a HR Business Partner level with experience of managing a team looking for your next step in to a Head of HR role or you could already be an established Head of HR with a successful track record in people management and business partnering.  You will be able to build relationships which are supportive yet offer perspective and you will have excellent problem solving skills.   Ideally MCIPD qualified or equivalent with an excellent understanding of employment law.
