  • Working within the quality team for this large, well established organisation in Royston you will:

    • Provide effective administrative and secretarial support to the Quality and Facilities Groups, covering for the other Group Secretary on a Thursday and Friday.

    • Co-ordinate complex travel requirements (flights, hotels, hire cars, currency) through preferred external travel agency.

    • Arrange complex, recurring meetings using Outlook, as required.

    • Be responsible for attending the Health & Safety Committee meetings and taking meeting notes, following up on any assigned actions in a timely manner.

    • Be responsible for the logging of all QMS training sheets and working with the Quality Manager on any ad hoc projects.

    • Gather weekly KPI’s for Management.

    • Initiate and coordinate quality document review information.

    • Administrate the equipment calibration activities.

    • Provide reception and switchboard cover on a rota basis and be available to cover in the absence of either of the Receptionists.

    • Organise all H&S Training internal and external and keep sufficient records
