Finance Assistant in Lowestoft - a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business in Lowestoft has arisen for a Finance Assistant.

The role:
Supporting the Finance Manager and wider team to assist with reporting and systems tasks, together with assisting with the smooth running of Purchase Ledger function.
  • Support the Management Accountant and Assistant Systems Accountant with day to day and month end tasks, including:
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, nominal ledger analysis and monitoring of Petty Cash
  • Ensure new supplier accounts are setup
  • Reconcile allocated supplier accounts, processing invoices and allocating payments
  • Maintain effective contact with suppliers to ensure invoices are paid in accordance with terms
  • Responsible for processing payments
  • Administer corporate credit card applications
  • Monitor and resolve corporate credit card queries
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Assist with collating information to produce accurate cash flow forecasts

The successful applicant will have established experience within purchase ledger and keen to learn new skills along the way.
