Salary£22000 per annum
An exciting new role has arisen with a successful and growing business in Thetford for a Finance and Operations Assistant

Due to continued growth and development across the Group, this opportunity has been created to further support the busy team.

The role: 
The duties will be split equally between Finance and Operations including:

  • General admin tasks including answering telephone, reception duties, managing post
  • Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices and Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • Preparing rolling cash flows
  • Payroll support - SAGE
  • Ordering & stock management for office supplies, Production consumables and overalls
  • Booking routine servicing for Plant and Fleet
  • Updating key process documentation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

The successful applicant will possess the following skills:

  • Understanding of accounting systems (preferably Sage)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to organise and plan own time/tasks
  • Strong team work ethic
