Working for this Newmarket based organisation you will provide support to the Head of Business Support in improving communication (both internally and externally) and help co-ordinate critical business systems and activities, maintenance of a Customer Relationship Management System, whilst providing front of house support.

Job Role:

This is a varied role where duties include:

  • Support for the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) and internal Customer Management System:
    • Create and maintain data in both systems
    • Import new contacts and leads to CRM
    • Perform maintenance reports to monitor data
    • Create bespoke reports based on user requirements
    • Provide technical software support to stakeholders as and when issues arise
  • Co-ordinate monthly/quarterly meetings including:
    • Monthly Senior Management meetings
    • Monthly Senior Staff meetings
    • Quarterly Executive Meetings
    • Quarterly Board Meetings
  • Responsibility for the reception function, to include greeting clients, answering and redirecting calls, liaising with couriers, sorting company post, stationery supplies, managing weekly movements (fire log)
  • Manage company-wide archiving system
  • Support the co-ordination of Marketing events, including race sponsorship and the December sales.
  • Oversee the organisation of all European travel and management of company pool cars.
  • Co-ordination of charity requests
Capabilities
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) with demonstrable experience of data analysis within Excel ie: pivot tables
  • Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT literate – including proven experience of supporting CRM systems
  • Ability to manage a varied and demanding workload with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Essential
  • Proven experience providing support to stakeholders across the business.

  • Experience managing and maintaining CRM systems.
