You’ll be part of a team of customs professionals, responsible for providing the highest level of service to an International client base. You’ll be ensuring that customers declarations are recorded, reviewed, and processed in a timely manner and ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently. You’ll also be updating all systems and ensuring that the various administrative tasks are completed accurately. Customer service skills are an absolute must as you’ll be liaising with clients to ensure their customs declarations are met.
The ideal person will have prior experience of working within customs / shipping and strong administrative skills. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to deal with large amounts of information. You will be IT savvy with experience of MS Office as well as ideally having knowledge and experience of Chief, CDS, Destin8, CNS and IPAFFS. Training can be provided however.
This is a full time, permanent position working in a shift pattern which will alternate on a weekly basis. The shifts will be 07:00-15:00 and 09:00-17:00. Monday to Friday as well as a Saturday shift (one week in four, day off in following week).
