Salary£21000 - £23000 per annum
Fantastic opportunity available with a National growing business who are expanding their team. We are looking for someone to join their established Customer Support team due to continued growth. The role is permanent and full time, there is huge flexibility to work from home as much as you would like however you are expected to be able to get into the office for any meetings as required which is likely to be no more than once per week maximum. 

Key Tasks: 

  • Supporting external customers with their product queries via phone call, email and logged tickets 
  • Communicating with customers throughout the lifecycle of their query until completion 
  • Triaging any issues where possible yourself or escallating the query to appropriate team 
  • Ensuring that queries are completed to agreed SLA's 
  • Partaking in team brainstorms 
  • Dealing with customers in a professional and friendly manner, upholding the reputation of the business 

Essential Experience: 

  • You must have some form of customer service experience, that could be front of house, retail or phone based 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential
  • You should enjoy working as part of a team towards shared targets as well as being responsible for your own workload 
  • Time management and ability to prioritise is essential 
  • An interest in IT would be ideal 
  • Experience using telephony systems or a ticketing system would be ideal but not essential
