- Review logged calls and triage appropriately.
- Remotely resolve customer issues and escalate internally if a field engineer needs to be deployed.
- Gather and log information onto the system
- Manage customer expectations through clear and consistent communication
- Provide out of hours cover on a rota’s basis
- Previous Customer Service experience within a similar environment
- Computer literature
- Good problem solver
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge of IT systems/portals
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate verbally
- Have excellent attention to detail and accuracy
