Pure are recruiting for a well-established, leading company in Chelmsford who are recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to join their established team.

As a  Customer Service Executive you will work closely with colleagues within all areas of the business to deliver a first class Customer experience, and manage Customer orders quickly and efficiently.  You will work closely with the Sales team to ensure all Customer orders are booked promptly. 
 
Main Duties:
  • Assist the Sales team in developing high value client accounts and drive process improvements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships 
  • Use excellent communication skills,  interacting with people at all levels, building and maintaining strong working relationships with Operations, Supply Chain.
  • Recommend enhancements & simplifications to Customer Services procedures.
  • Assist with ad hoc Customer Services projects or perform other tasks as required by the Customer Services Manager
  • Attending client meetings to build relationships
  • Account Management
  • Customer Compliant handling 
  • Working alongside the sales team to update the CRM
Experience:
  • 2 years Customer Service experience within a similar role 
  • Order processing experience
  • Client management experience 
  • Strong persuasive communication, influencing and negotiation skills both verbally and written
  • Used to working to tight deadlines and able to prioritise workload under pressure
  • IT knowledge of all Microsoft Excel and Word packages 
  • Highly analytical with an eye for detail
  • Highly motivated, flexible and able to work with high levels of autonomy
  • Team player with an ability to work independently
