Pure are delighted to be supporting with the recruitment of a Customer Service Administrator, for a well establised financial organisation based in Ipswich Town Centre. The purpose of this position, is to deliver an outstanding customer experience and help to improve the company's online application, based on the insights gathered from engaging with customers on a daily basis.

Although this role is initially being offered on a Fixed Term Contract, there is a strong possibility of further employment in the longer term.

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new and existing clients onto a online application
  • Understand Anti Money Laundering (AML), Anti Impersonation (AI) and Suitability processes
  • Communicate with clients by email and on the telephone, to assist with queries and to troubleshoot issues with the online app, ensuring that the client receives the best possible experience
  • Respond to clients within the agreed timescales
  • Work closely with all divisions of the Application team, to get to the underlying cause of a problem and gather all the required information to ensure that issues are resolved efficiently  
  • Help to promote the product to build the client base
  • Work with other areas of the business to assist with questions regarding the Application product
  • Assist with transfers of client assets, both internally and from other providers
  • Be proactive; identify opportunities to improve the client experience
  • Respond to reviews on the App Store and Google Play Store
  • Assist in migration of accounts, set up and data cleansing ensuring migration and data quality
Experience & Qualities Required:
  • Communication – fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous customer service experience

  • Flexible, Willing to Help, Polite & Patient
  • Willing to learn
  • Applicable experience in Financial Services is useful, but not essential
