Customer Contact Adviser - Full and Part timeReference: BH-53304
You will be working within a large vibrant team and will be assisting customers on a wide range of topics including repairs, homelessness, parking permits and environmental health. This is a fantastic position for someone who has exceptional customer service, patience and for someone who really thrives from assisting and being helpful.
You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance and this could be by telephone, email or face to face. If you love meeting people and dealing with a wide range of people, this could be the perfect role for you.
Requirements for this role:
- Experience working in a fast paced, customer focused environment - retail, hospitality or contact centre experience would be brilliant!
- The ability to handle multiple software packages at once - full training will be given on all relevant systems
- The ability to think on your feet
- Patience and empathy
There are no formal qualifications for this role, the main criteria is a great work ethic and the willingness to learn and work as a team.
