Pure are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and leading organisation based in Bury St Edmunds, for a Customer Care Coordinator. The purpose of this role will be to provide an efficient and professional service to all customers, ensuring satisfaction and support throughout the process of their engagement.

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
Free on-site parking
£20,000 - £23,000 DOE

Duties Required:
  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post relating to customer care
  • Coordinating customer care technicians and suppliers, to resolve issues and make appointments through the coordinations of diaries
  • Checking and ensuring work has been carried out, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Updating and maintaining records using a CRM system
  • Bringing consistant faults or complaints to the attention of the Customer Care Manager
  • Developing an understanding of reporting and logging defects where required
  • Attending Customer Care meetings
  • Complying with and upholding any company policies and procedures

Experince Required:
  • Previous customer service experience is desirable
  • Personable and 'can do' attitude
  • Self motivated and enthusiastic
  • Desire to deliver excellent customer service
  • Flexible and a strong team player
