Our client are looking for motivated and energic Customer Care Consultants to join their busy Customer Service department based in Romford.
Key Responsibilities
  • Calling customers in regards to medical insurance 
  • Managing customer enquiries in line with company guidelines 
  • Taking part in team meetings and wanting to develop further
  • Maintaining client database
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service 

Key Requirements 

  • Experience within a Call Centre environment or within a similar role.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Experience dealing with customer complaints 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Competent level in Excel, Word and Internet.
Working Hours: 5 days a week based on a 37.5 hour week Monday-Sunday Shift patterns to be worked, with time off in lieu.
