I am recruiting for a brand new exciting position as CRM Manager to join my client just outside Norwich.  

Acting as CRM Champion, this role will support the Business Development Team to develop customer relationships and business growth across international markets.  

Daily duties: 

  • Work with the Head of Business Development to understand business plans and plan the priorities for CRM development on a quarterly basis 
  • Work with colleagues and suppliers to implement an effective marketing approach 
  • Work with colleagues to scope and implement a CRM system which delivers data, tracking and management information in line with the business requirements.  
  • Recommend improvements to CRM to streamline business development processes 
  • Capture and present market intelligence from the Business Development team and other stakeholders 
  • Contribute to and assist in data analysis to facilitate business insights and decisions through it 
  • Produce planned and ad hoc reports as and when required 
  • Coordinate sales and marketing initiatives 
  • Communicate and engage appropriately with all relevant staff 
  • Liaise with the Communications Manager to enable the website content to be updated as appropriate.  
  • Plan, organise and host UK customer visits in line with their requirements 
  • Plan, organise and attend trade shows including those overseas 
  • Support the Business Development team with day to day administration 
  • Assist the Communications Manager with the production of customer newsletters and other account management documents 

Is this for you? 

My client is looking for a process driven and results focused individual.  You will need to have the ability to enhance, improve and develop processes as the business grows.  The following experience is required: 

  • A proven track record in CRM management 
  • A proven track record of scoping, implementing and developing a CRM system which will enable effective marketing strategies 
  • Knowledge of B2B sales on a national and international basis is preferred 
  • Working in a start up business environment would be an advantage 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Able to interpret, analyse and process data accurately 
  • IT skills including Word and Excel, Power Point and the ability to learn and use CRM software 

As well as the above, it is essential you have use of your own car.  

This is a full time, permanent position and you will be required to work mostly on site.  Free car parking is provided as well as other benefits.
