Are you passionate about working in accounts? Pure Chelmsford have a fantastic opportunity for a bright and experienced Credit Controller to join their team in Basildon.
Essential Duties
Essential Duties
- To manage the ledger, chasing customers for prompt payment.
- To liaise with Sales Administration and Area Managers to resolve queries and arrange payment collections.
- To meet customers where necessary to resolve large problem accounts.
- To open new accounts and obtain credit reports as required and authorised by supervisor.
- To liaise with solicitors in order to take legal proceedings for unpaid debt where necessary.
- 2+ years’ experience within a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
