Credit Control

Pure are recruiting an immediately available credit controller for a 6 month contract basd in Basildon. This would be an agile position giving the opportunity to work from home a number of days a week as well as the potential to be 4 days.

Responsibilities:

- Contacting customers directly via telephone or email 

- Providing customers with a high level of customer service throughout your engagement with them

- Maintaining accuracy on the customer database

- Reviewing client activity and performance ensuring company guidelines are followed at all times

- Verifying client invoices ensuring all details are correct

- Processing customer transactions accurately

Skills

• Experience in working in a Credit Control Role or Collections

• Excellent telephone manner with the ability to resolve queries

• Ability to develop excellent working relationships

• Competent using Microsoft Word and Excel
