- Supporting the development and delivery of the organisation’s communication strategy
- Managing and maintaining online communications channels, including social media accounts and website, and developing online presence
- Working closely with the senior management team to ensure that the communications strategy is adhered to and communications calendars are being implemented
- Overseeing and monitoring the use of branding, both internally and externally so it is consistent and relevant, including use of logos, straplines, typefaces, presentations, tone of voice and written content
- Leading the creation of printed marketing and promotional materials, liaising with external print and design organisations where required.
- Working closely with teams to engender ownership and enthusiasm for communications in teams via training, and collaborative work
- Working closely with the fundraising team to produce newsletters and communications to supporters.
- Supporting the fundraising team with any events or PR initiatives that require communications input.
- Supporting the Fundraising team in the general delivery of the fundraising activity, which will include fundraising appeals and yearly updates
