Salary£19500 per annum
We are delighted to be working alongside a fantastic service to recruit 3x Client Service Advisors to work in their Ipswich office. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The successful candidate will be dealing with key stakeholders to register individuals onto a specialist medical programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team and make a difference to somebody's wellbeing. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Being a first point of contact regarding services and answering any questions
  • Contacting individuals referred via Healthcare professionals and talking them through the programme available 
  • Manage incoming applications for the programme, speaking with individuals ensuring they meet the criteria 
  • Inputting personal data onto systems 
  • Send email confirmations and information on the programme 
  • Support marketing activity around the programme 
  • Collect feedback from clients when they have finished the programme 

Key skills
  • Excellent communication skills are a must, both written and verbal
  • Sound IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Empathetic and caring personality
  • Accurate data entry skills 
  • A team player
