Salary£60000 per annum
We are delighted to be working with a prestigious manufacturer for medical systems. The Change Manager will play a vital role in their vast transformation project where they will standardise the UI and roll out SAP across the EMEA and UK Offices

Main responsibilities of this role include:
  • Implement change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by the project.
  • Manage the stakeholder relationships across the UK and EMEA offices.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
We are looking for:
  • Proven experience & knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in change management in big Business Transformation Projects.
  • Experience implementing change within a manufacturing background.
  • Knowledge of IFS /SAP
The client we are working with is an incredibly friendly and open-minded, offering hybrid style working and due to the project, this will be an 18 month FTC.
