We at Pure are supporting an established company who are currently going through a strong period of growth.

My clients are seeking a driven and proven Business Development Manager to help them to expand their client base and maintain key existing relationships.

The role will be 2 or 3 days a week office based and the rest will be remote and involve going to meet clients face to face.

Basic Salary: £35k - £40k per annum + Commission (monthly) OTE £45K - £55K 
Benefits: Car allowance, flexible working after probation period, progression, pension

Duties:
  • Key oversight and main point of contact for allocated client accounts
  • Ability to generate new business, through sales plans & targets
  • Conducting face to face business meeting together with focused calls to both existing and new clients
  • To collaborate with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
  • Provide excellent customer/client care to existing key accounts
  • Develop a growth strategy both on financial gain and client satisfaction
Requirements and skills:
  • Proven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager or similar
  • Proven business development/sales background
  • Experience meeting clients face to face
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create long lasting relationships both externally & internally
