Our Client is seeking a Billing Analyst to manage and control data from a variety of sources to create customer bills in an accurate and timely fashion. As part of a Billing Team, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks; the roles primary activities will be generating the resident billing, updating user tariffs and supporting the customer care team with operational support on billing queries.
General Responsibilities will include:
• Bill Production
• Maintaining customer data
• Controlling data completeness and integrity
• Investigating and resolving issues with data
• Running and maintaining reports
• Assisting with Accounts, Operations and Logistics departments regarding billing queries
• Taking responsibility of implementing and improving billing processes

Skills and Attributes required:
• Excellent numerical skills and reasoning
• Good attention to detail
• Proactive and innovative approach to problem solving
• Strong planning and communication skills and the ability to display a methodical and well organised system of working
• Experience of using Microsoft Office must be able to demonstrate in depth knowledge of Excel
