Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Associate HR Business Partner to join them on a 12 month contract. 

Working within a well established People team, this role will provide support to line managers across the organisation offering informed advice and guidance on any HR management issues as well as supporting on key HR projects.
Your new role will also be responsible for:

  • Nurturing a positive performance management culture across the business including promoting organisational development activities
  • Developing and reviewing policies and procedures ensuring the business remains complaint with academic lifecycle, HR policies, employment law and current HR best practice
  • Working closely with the HR Business Partners, supporting change management programmes, and people management skills by supporting and coaching managers and employees
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real positive impact across the organisation ensuring the service is innovative and highly effective in supporting the welfare development and growth of their people.

We would love to hear from you if you are CIPD Level 5 or equivalent degree level relevant qualification, with experience within a similar role in a large organisation. You will have experience in delivering HR projects that support strategy development and implementation into a similar business environment coupled with sound HR generalist knowledge of HR practices and legislation.
