Pure are working with a well established heating and plumbing company based in Basildon, who are looking to recruit a experienced Sales Area Manager to join there growing team covering Essex & East Anglia.

Main Duties:
- Manage relationships with consultants, end users, contractors, specifiers, merchants and installers via meetings, telephone calls and emails, and prospect for new business, repeat business.
- To negotiate the terms of an project with any variations in price or technical different, delivery the right solution in line with the pricing policies set down by the Company.
- To define the promotion action, according to clients, to support sales under direction of the National Sales Manager.
- To represent the Company at exhibitions, trade events and promotional days
- To make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations with support from the office sales/technical staff.
- To record sales calls and any notes and information via the CRM system.
- To gather market and customer information, gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
- To feed future buying trends back to National Sales Manager and monthly area report along with structured set calls shared on the CRM.
- To produce and update weekly pipeline for projects in your area.
Requirements:
- 3 years Proven Sales and negotation skills
- Excellent level of Maths and English.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven area sales experience within the HVAC industry (heat pumps and boilers).
- Valid driving license. Ability to travel within specified sales area.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- HVAC: 3 years (preferred)
