We are proud to be supporting a leading insurance organisation with the recruitment of an Administrator on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Head of Marine Market Services, you will handle a varied workload whilst putting the interests of clients and the integrity of the market at the heart of everything you do. This is a temporary opportunity with the potential to go permanent.

Pay rate: £12 - £15 per hour
Hours: Full-Time (35 hours per week)
Location: Central Ipswich (office based)
Temp to perm opportunity


Responsibilities:
  • Handle client queries
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients
  • Preparation, collation and presentation of deliverables to carriers
  • Participation in client reviews of deliverables
  • Reviewing placing data collected from brokers
  • Working closely with brokers to address any quality issues
  • Fielding ad hoc queries and requests from clients and from the Marine Business Unit


Person Specification:
  • Previous administrative and customer service experience is essential
  • Comfortable in customer-facing situations
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality
  • Willing to occasionally travel for meetings and other commitments
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach
