Monday to Friday, 09:00 -17:30
- Answering calls and handling enquires, professionally and efficiently.
- Taking clear messages and passing on to the relevant individual.
- Inputting confidential information onto a CRM system, ensuring accuracy.
- Managing emails and repsonding in a timely manner.
- General administration duties.
