The role will start as soon as possible so you will need to be immediate or on short notice (1-2 weeks)
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday (Office based) – 9am to 5pm
Salary: £23k - £25k per annum
Administrative cover for maternity leaver in a bustling office based in Brentwood, supporting Administration Manager.
Previous experience in Administration or Customer Service (office based) is key with good knowledge on MS systems.
- Answering incoming calls and taking down info/messages
- Booking travel & accommodation for staff and personal when going to company events
- Dealing with incoming / outgoing mail
- Providing a range of administrative support for department such as typing letters, sending out emails and updating system
- Assist with the running of department for seasonal events
- Experience in a busy environment in pro-active/re-active role
- Experience in Customer roles, dealing with calls and being voice of company.
- Ability to book and coordinate and arrange travel & accommodation.
- Organised and ability to prioritise own work load.
- Strong on computer systems
