Salary£21000 - £22000 per annum
Pure are pleased to be recruiting for a Administrator to join a fantastic Financial Services company based in Chelmsford. 

  • Process business submissions within there service level agreement
  • Assist with any outstanding enquiries from Accounts related to new business
  • Business succession tracking
  • Monitor shared email inboxes, and ensure any correspondence has been acknowledged
  • First point of contact for telephone enquiries; record call details
  • Support with any mandatory daily tasks for the department, during staff absences
  • Providing oversight and support to the Administrator
  • Provide client information when requested e.g. payslips/ P60’s/ valuations/ policy details etc
Key Requirements 
  • Experience working in an a Financial Services background would be desirable 
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Great time management skills and ability to multi task
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and a good telephone manner
