Salary£14.64 per hour
Administrator urgently required for this 6 month temporary role.  You would be responsible for managing the helpdesk, consolidating invoices and general admin.

Location: Cambridge City, 3 days in the office and 2 from home
Pay rate: £14.64 per hour

  • Overseeing a fleet of vehicles - checking licences, fuel cards, insurance claims etc
  • Update records
  • Prepare invoices
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Log incoming calls and raise work orders
  • Investigate payments etc
  • Communicate any changes and improvements
  • Produce monthly reports

Skills/experience required:
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communicator 
  • Self motivated
  • Previous admin/customer service skills/experience
