To support our clients continuing growth, we are looking for an Office Assistant to join their team. This position will play a pivotal role in running the day-to-day finance and facilities functions of a busy office. This is a full-time, office based permanent position based in their Cambridge office and will report to the Head of Finance. The hours are weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week).

- Point of contact for external visitors to the site
- Order refreshments for weekly staff meetings
- Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Process purchase orders
- Assist with supplier payment run process and resolve supplier invoice queries
- Provide input for internal process improvements
- Coordinate lab coat laundry service and deal with waste removal
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Motivated, self-starter. You bring a sense of urgency to the work that you do and can execute on tasks by using your initiative.
- Organised and diligent with activities
- Good time keeping skills and ability to meet timelines
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Experience working with an electronic documentation system is highly desirable
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills is advantageous
