Reporting primarily to the Project Director, in this small team there will be a requirement to support all members of staff with reasonable tasks to ease the general performance of the business.
- Email and inbox management - including filtering and dealing with correspondence appropriately
- Coordination and attendance of relevant team meetings
- Accurate recording and filing of legal documents
- Typing of correspondence as required
- Greeting clients, internal and external
- Arranging any travel itineraries
- Liaising with internal and external clients - providing assistance and supporting any queries to the department within a timely manner.
