The ideal candidate for this Cambridge based organisation will have a couple of years’ relevant office experience. 

Reporting primarily to the Project Director, in this small team there will be a requirement to support all members of staff with reasonable tasks to ease the general performance of the business.

  • Email and inbox management - including filtering and dealing with correspondence appropriately
  • Coordination and attendance of relevant team meetings
  • Accurate recording and filing of legal documents
  • Typing of correspondence as required
  • Greeting clients, internal and external
  • Arranging any travel itineraries
  • Liaising with internal and external clients - providing assistance and supporting any queries to the department within a timely manner.
