Salary£25000 per annum
We are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, insurance and financial planning group with the recruitment of an Administrator. The successful applicant will work alongside two Account Handlers who, in turn, assist with the administration of the three Account Executives.
This is a permanent full time role based in the office.

  • Assist with the process of renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Advise clients on when/how to make a claim on their policy
  • Contribute to growing the business and assisting with any new business/marketing strategies
  • Assist with preparation for client meetings
  • Contribute to pre-renewal negotiations with insurers
  • Liaise with clients
  • Process overdue accounts
Person Specification:
  • Solid administrative skills
  • Willingness to learn about credit insurance
  • IT proficient
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Pension scheme
