Administrator, Salary of £20,000 per annum

My client, a well established commercial business based in Bungay, is seeking a Administrator within the digital department to join their team. The successful individual will be looking for an opportunity to become an integral part of a team, have a keen interest in longevity and commitment, as well as a focus on providing excellent communication and accuracy within their post and its duties.
 
As a Digital Department Administrator, you will be integral to the smooth running of the department supporting the digital management team with all administrative tasks, ensuring we can meet the operational needs of the business.

Monday to Friday, full time, onsite role


Key responsibilities include: 
  • Manage the time and attendance system ensuring the employee coding is correct, monitoring exceptions and raising any issues/queries with payroll.
  • Act as the main point of contact when dealing with pay queries or raising these with payroll.
  • Ensure all employee sickness paperwork is completed by the department managers and all sickness spreadsheets are completed and up to date.
  • Put together management review packs and generating reports for the department manager when required.
  • Support HR with the onboarding administration process for temporary workers within the department.
  • Liaise with HR during weekly meeting to provide up-dates on employees, provide documents such as return to work forms etc. when necessary.
  • Perform all filing and scanning as necessary.
  • Issue letters to employees as instructed by the management team.
  • Take meeting notes as and when necessary.
  • Ensure stationary cupboards are stocked.
  • Log and process expense claims for department managers as needed, obtaining approval for expense.
  • Attend Payroll meetings as required
 
 
Skills & Experience Required: 
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet scheduled deadlines.

  • Previous Manufacturing/Production Experience
  • Experience in Digital Department
