I am recruiting for an Administrative Executive to join my client on the outskirts of Norwich. This is an exciting position within a fast-growing company to provide administrative support to a key area of the business. This is a nice mix of phone and computer work and would suit an organised individual who loves to work in a fast paced environment.
- Managing enquiries
- Take payments for orders
- Manage email inboxes
- Register new custoers
- Ensure data is up to date
- Quote and place orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Scan and file documents
- Other administrative duties and customer service tasks
This is a full time, permanent position and car parking is available on site. The place of work is not on a public transport route so your own transport is recommended. As well as other great benefits, progression is supported and encouraged for all staff.
